This cabinet is for a house I am doing in a rural area.  It is designed to resemble industrial or farm dairy building that was rebuilt and overlaid with modernism.  This piece is to match the steel roof trusses that have translucent colored glass panels filling some of the open sections of the truss.    There will also be a greenhouse/ porch with matching steel and glass trusses and glass roof.   The sun coming through the translucent colors of the trusses is amazing.

Inspiration and references include a number of things ranging from the Nanabijou Lodge in Northern Minnesota, to Modernism, to painted window panes I found years ago and have been carrying around.
